COVID 19 policies 

With restrictions and rules changing on 25th Feb 22', we would like you to read our current salon policies in which we have in place to keep our staff, clients and visitors safe and well In a small, close contact environment. 

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following-
I have not been in close contact with anyone that has had covid19 (or shown symptoms)in the last 2 weeks.

I have not shown any Covid 19/Cold/Flu/Sickness related symptoms in the last 2 weeks. 

I will follow all salon rules to keep myself, the staff, and other clients safe.

I agree to bring a mask to wear in the salon and during my appointment, if I do not bring a mask I am happy to purchase one from Glow. If you are excempt from wearing a mask, you must tell us at the time of booking the appointment as we may need to make adjustments to your treatment/ therapist.

Covid Vaccines
Please allow 14 days from having your 1st/2nd/booster vaccine before booking a NovaLash, tinting and lash lifting appointments/patch testing. This is advisory and your rights are not affected. 


If you do not agree to any of the above, please contact us or cancel/rearrange your appointment. 

Cancellation policy

We must receive 24hours notice to cancel your appointment. If less than 24hrs notice is given, A 50% charge of the cancelled treatment/s will be taken before you are rebooked again. This includes cancellations due to covid. If your card details are saved to your customer account, your card will be charged automatically. This is based at our discretion. Missed appointments will also be charged the 50% fee. 

Deposits 

Please note all deposits paid are non- refundable. They may be transfered to a different appointment if more than 24hrs change notice is given. 

Consultation Forms & Patch tests

All clients are required to fill a consultation form before any treatment is carried out. This is to be renewed every 6 months, and every time if/when any medical information has changed for you. Please inform us if any medcial hsitroy has changed. 

If you have not had a tinting, lash lifting, or eyelash extension service with us in the last 6 months you will be required to be re-patch tested at least 48hrs before your appointment. Please contact us to arrange this prior to your appointment. NovaLash patch tests can be booked online. If you fail to arrive for your patch test and then less than 48hrs is before your appointment, you will loose you deposit and be required to pay for another one. 

If you have have shown any symptoms of coronavirus or have had coronavirus, we strongly recommend being re-patch tested even if you have had the treatment within the last 6months. There are reports that your body may react to certain products differently after having coronavirus/ vaccines.
